Could you pass along a huge "THANKS!" to the Idaho Fire Protection Forum? Those who participated may prefer to remain anonymous, but it wouldn't be right if we didn't, at least collectively, recognize the spirit of community the Forum exhibits.

To bring everyone up to speed, a small beauty salon, a one-horse operation owned by a great Treasure Valley senior, provides a much needed service to many with hair loss issues and will many times help others that are unable to pay. Prior to the end of 2010, she was in need of fire extinguisher services but, she too, has felt the economic pinch. With a quick note to the IFPF, soon there were several who offered to help. The salon is now protected with a brand new extinguisher thanks to the members of the IFPF.
