IFPF is looking into members being able to use credit cards..

The IFPF Board is currently looking into members being able to pay for Membership dues, Luncheon dues and Golf tournament fees by credit card. We have a couple of options we are looking into and we will soon get back to everyone on what we do. I think this will be a dramatic uplift for the IFPF.

Please comment your thoughts on this.

Thank you

#1 Paying with credit card

by admin - 03/21/2011 - 21:17

We have set up a few ways to pay IFPF.
1. Invoice Billing (credit card)
a. Through PayPal (you don't need an account to pay)
b. cost to use this is 3.0% of your invoice plus $0.30 (this covers the cost of using your credit card)
c. Example: your item is $10x 0.03%=$0.30+$0.30=$0.60-> you pay $10.60
d. This is a great way to pay membership dues and golf tournament fees.
2. Process Credit Card
a. I can now process you credit card in person. If you don't have cash or check, I can process your credit card with my phone. This is secure. It is through quickbooks.
b. cost to use this is 3.8% of your invoice plus $0.15 (this covers the cost of using your credit card)
c. Example: your item is $10x 0.038%=$0.38+$0.15=$0.53-> you pay $10.53
d. This is a great way to pay for Lunch at general meeting, Membership and golf tournament fees.
3. Online Check (Invoicing)
a. Through Quickbooks (you don't need an account to pay)
b. cost to use this is $0.50 (this covers cost of using online check processing. Also saves you on stamp and mailing it.)
c. Example; your item is $10 + .50= $10.50
d. This is a great way to pay and don't want to waste a stamp and go to the post office to mail.
4. Check or Cash Direct
a. Pay at event or mail in payment.
b. no cost to pay this way

I will give you a few options how you want to pay.
1. Invoice Billing
2. Process Credit Card Billing
3. Check online
4. Check or Cash Direct
